I have studied and trained long and hard, invested thousands of pounds over many years, developing my skills, my knowledge, self confidance, strength, and fitness. I have learned combat strategies and techniques that can be practically applied to developing self defence skills, as well as ecery day living, that produce fantastic  results! My mission is to share them with you, through positive coaching in fitness and fighting, and a hard working, 'go-get 'em' attitude!

I originally started training when I was eight years old in Okinawan karate. Since then I have tried a number of styles, trying to find the right one for me. At the age of 14 I discovered JuJitsu and from my first lesson I was hooked! 
I am currently a 2nd Dan black belt with the Wakarishin JuJItsu association. 
Then at the age of 16, I discovered Enlightened Fist Kung Fu. Despite the unusual name and un-orthadox approach, I discovered a system of fighting based on developing natural reactions, that focuses on practical self defence applications. 
I am also ranked a 2nd Degree black belt in this association.

Training, fitness, combat and understanding anatomy are my passions in life, which is why I trained to become a Personal Trainer. I love to achieve and win. I love to see others achieve and win to! Here is what I offer my students:

Kyle is Registered with the Register Of Exercise Professionals at Level 3, The British JuJitsu Association GB (Coach level 3) and is fully insured.
